Serving/Suggested Use:

CBD’s effects are highly individual. Serving size can range anywhere from 25-250mg depending on the individual. Start with taking one serving orally (0.5ml) or 1/2 dropper. Wait 2 hours and increase as needed. The dropper is marked every 0.25ml (12.5mg CBD). Each ml or full dropper contains 50mg CBD.

We recommend starting low and going slow to find your optimal serving. Increase gradually to find the serving size that works best for you.
