CHOOSING THE RIGHT CBD

Does the company under question meet all the previous criteria for being a reputable Hemp CBD supplier? If so how do you calculate the value per mg of CBD that your purchasing?

There are a number of things to consider when choosing a CBD company.

1)    The first, make sure their products are validated through third party testing. This will ensure that the claimed concentration of CBD is correct. This will also ensure there are no pesticides, residual solvents or other microbial contaminations.

2)    Make sure the hemp is sourced from quality suppliers. We source our hemp from organic hemp farms in Colorado. There have been a lot of reported issues from products that use hemp oil sourced from other countries, especially China. There are several countries in Europe producing quality hemp oil but why not buy U.S sourced hemp?

3)    The method of extraction is important as well. We use hemp oil extracted by ethanol. Ethanol extraction is one of the oldest and most widely accepted forms used to concentrate botanical oils. Ethanol extraction provides a full range of cannabinoids and terpenes preserving the most medicinal parts of the plants. Co2 extraction is another safe and effective method for preserving a full range of beneficial plant compounds. Stay away from companies that use petrochemicals as these methods have a tendency to leave unwanted residual components.

4)    Make sure your CBD source uses a full spectrum hemp oil. The benefits of utilizing a full spectrum hemp oil are well documented. When we say full spectrum we are referring to not only the CBD content but all the other beneficial plant compounds that are found in hemp. For instance: our hemp oil contains a high concentration of CBD, but also CBN, CBC, CBG, flavonoids, and terpenes which add to an overall synergistic effect known as the “entourage effect.” Many companies use what is called an “isolate,” which is exactly what it sounds like. Through a secondary extraction process, they separate CBD from its other natural constituents thus eliminating the overall entourage effect and its ability to influence the ECS to its full potential.

5)    Consider as a final point, the price:

Does the company under question meet all the previous criteria for being a reputable hemp CBD supplier? If so how do you calculate the value per mg of CBD that your purchasing?

Below is an equation where you can calculate that value:

Cost of CBD per mg:

Take the price of the product overall:

Ayani peppermint tincture goes for $50.00 and includes 750 milligrams (mg) of CBD.

Take the price of the product and divide by the number of mg of CBD provided:

            $50 divided by 750mg = $ 0.066 cents for every milligram.

This is a good way to gauge the overall value of the CBD you are considering purchasing.
